SERVICES:

Carpet Cleaning:
We have a 4 step process. We believe in Platinum level of service for every customer. Our competitors might have more steps, but we don’t count the steps to the door ;)

1. Vacuuming: We will vacuum your carpets with a CRI approved vacuum cleaner to be sure you get the best possible cleaning.
2. Pre-spray heavy spots with Procyon Spot Remover and agitate: This service is usually an extra with our competitors, but we include it in our price (not all spots can be removed, but we’ll try our best).
3. Pre-spray all areas with Procyon Carpet Cleaner and agitate: This usually does the trick and it’s safe for all carpet types and fabrics.
4. Rinse and Extract with Hydramaster DriMaster: We use only fresh water that is softened by our on the truck water softner as a rinse that is then steam heated to 200+ degrees for most carpets types. The effective temperatures for killing dust mites is 135 degrees, fleas at about 140 degrees, and many bacteria (such as e-coli) at 165 degrees.

Teflon® Advanced Carpet Protector: Teflon® Advanced uses DuPont technology to provide more repellency than any other carpet protector. It repels most liquids, allowing spills to be removed before staining and wicking can occur. Dirt and stains cling to untreated carpet and quickly become embedded in the fibres. Teflon® Advanced keeps dirt from sticking to the fibres, making carpets easier to care for. It is applied by spray application, dries quickly, and leaves no odour. It is non-toxic and safe to use around family and pets. It’s CFC- and solvent-free. We recommend this after every cleaning.

Tile Cleaning:
We have a 4 step process.

1. Pre-spray with PROCYON Tile, Grout & Stone Cleaner: We will let it dwell up to 15 minutes before agitation.
2. Brush and agitate: This takes good old fashion hard work.
3. Extract and agitate: We use a rotary brush to finish and rinse off with fresh softened water.
4. Seal Tile and Grout: By sealing the tile and grout, we will prevent future stains.

Upholstery Cleaning:
We have a 4 step process.

1. Pre-spray heavy spots with Procyon Spot Remover: Once again, this is usually an extra with our competitors, but we include it in our price (not all spots can be removed, but we’ll try our best).
2. Pre-spray with Procyon Upholstery cleaner: Another great all natural product just for upholstery.
3. Light brushing to agitate: This helps loosen the dirt and spread the pre-spray.
4. Rinse and extract: We use another amazing Drimaster upholstery tool, that helps dry faster, while doing an excellent job of rinsing and extracting.

Area Rugs:
We have a 4 step process.

1. Vacuuming: We will vacuum your rugs to be sure you get the best possible cleaning.
2. Pre-spray heavy spots with Procyon Spot Remover and agitate: This service is usually an extra with our competitors, but we include it in our price (not all spots can be removed, but we’ll try our best).
3. Pre-spray all areas with Procyon Plus Carpet Cleaner: This usually does the trick.
4. Rinse, Agitate and Extract with Hydramaster DriMaster: We use only fresh water that is softened by our on the truck water softner water as a rinse that is then heated to 190 degrees for most carpets types.

Insurance Repair:
If your house has had a flood or other catastrophe, give us a call to repair. We will work for you and work with your insurance company. We are a licensed general contractor and we have over 15 years experience in construction restoration and remodeling. We are insurance company friendly, and we work with their pricing, and use their same estimating software Xactimate. We also will help your insurance company with their estimate by taking pictures, measuring, and assess the repair before any work is performed. We will help you the customer, and the insurance company to save time, money, and most importantly get your house back to normal as soon as possible.
